If you just signed up for a course, please check your e-mail (and possibly spam folder) for your course credentials, then head on over to the Sign In page to begin studying. You will get two e-mails: one with a payment receipt and a second with your username, password, and course access instructions. If you don’t see this e-mail after 15 minutes, please fill out the form below and we will reach out to you as quickly as possible!

Forgot your username or password?

Check your e-mail for the initial account information from us. It will contain your course username and initial password. You can also find your username or reset your password by clicking the relevant option here.
